Preparation Stage

It involves assessing the space to determine what needs to be cleaned, such as walls, floors, ceilings, and fixtures; organizing materials needed for the job like gloves, masks, and other protective gear; setting up equipment such as ladders or scaffolding as necessary; putting up barriers to protect carpets from dirt and damage during cleaning; establishing a timeline for completion of all tasks involved in the project.

Removal Stage

The second phase is dust and debris removal which includes vacuuming any remaining drywall particles or sawdust from floors or furniture surfaces. It also consists of sweeping away any loose nails by contractors and picking up larger pieces of rubble that may have been left behind on site.

Deep Cleaning Stage

Detailed attention is required with a specific focus on windows (including frames), door handles/hinges, baseboards & trim work, etc. This step requires using specialized tools for better results, including scrub brushes with soapy water, glass cleaners & appropriate polishes where applicable.

Inspection Stage

An experienced eye checks off everything that has been completed thus far while noticing anything that still needs further attention - typically, this includes minor details such as spot-treating any stubborn stains & wiping away smudges, etc., before finally moving on to the last phase - final touch-ups!
